Neutral Ground Lounge is a neighbourhood evening lounge in Phoenix’s Arcadia Osborn area — serving seasonal small plates and intentional pours in a space designed to help guests unwind at their own pace.
The lounge’s warm, unhurried atmosphere wasn’t reflected online. The menu was hard to find, there was no clear reservation path, and the digital experience didn’t match the quality of the in-person one.
Step Tech created a website that feels like an extension of the lounge — warm, easy to navigate, with a clear reservation flow and a seasonal menu at the centre of the experience.
